This used 1913 Southern Pacific Railroad date nail is 2-1/2″ long with a 1/4″ O.D. shaft and a recessed date. The nail is in very good condition with no pitting on the face, but and has a minor roll up on the point. The unit was soaked in vinegar to remove the creosote.
