This “new in the” box Lionel Accessory #6-14295, #990 Legacy Control System has never been used. I bought the system as an upgrade to my TMCC layout. Immediately, Lionel notified me in July of 2008 that the control system needed an upgrade.  I sent it back to Lionel in Ohio in the middle of July, 2008 for the upgrade. All of that paperwork will be included in the box. When returned to me, my layout plans changed and I never used the system. The blue box is a brick.
