This newly custom framed vintage late 1920’s original, NOS or New Old Stock mint condition, Service Pharmacy, Tracy, California medicine labels measures 14-5/8″ long by 8-1/4″ wide. The Service Pharmacy was one of the first vendors to operate in the brand new, just completed Tracy Inn. The grand opening for the Inn was held in January of 1927. The address for Service Pharmacy was “2 West 11th. ST.” The wooden frame is called “Swan Blond Burl Veneer”. The “Pecan” outer mat is fine grained type mat with a reverse bevel cut. The middle mat color is “Tuscan” brown with a reverse bevel cut. The third level mat is called “Tumbleweed” with a reverse bevel cut. The back is sealed with heavy duty acid free paper and a heavy duty wire is installed for hanging. The glass is high grade UV resistant to help protect the vintage paper. This piece is suitable for mounting in an office, or at home. A “one of a kind” high quality gift for any occasion.
