This used 1914 Southern Pacific railroad date nail is 2-1/2″ long with a 1/4″ O.D. shaft and recessed date. The nail is in excellent condition with no pitting on the face or the shaft. The nail was soaked in vinegar to remove the creosote. These early date nails are getting very hard to find in excellent condition. USPS shipping.
